I had a great time in the physical therapy room, I hopped, it was a baby hope, but I hopped with the help of my bad foot & mostly my arms :D :D :D    Yesterday, I went to the doctor, the one that did my surgery weeks ago, he told me, my ankle was doing very good :D    I can put a little pressure on my bad foot :D I’m a step closer to going home. I felt my mom in the room with me, she told me she was proud of me.

That's great Kitty. I'm glad things are looking up for you. I hope you can get out of there real soon.

Doesn't that feel great, Kitty?

I was depressed when I first had my broken ankle. But as soon as I could drive again, I felt really happy. I am now walking a little and doing some exercises at home.

I walked more today (I hopped) I walked with the parallel bars, I pushed myself out of the wheelchair with my arms using the wheelchair arm rests. I can stand up from the wheelchair now, when I was getting back into bed, I got out of the wheelchair easily, I hurt my bad ankle.

Sorry, you hurt your bad ankle.

Often in life you make some progress then have a setback. The cliche is "Two steps forward, one step back"
