What was your "fantasy" as a kid?

By "fantasy" I mean something you really wanted to have or be as a little kid that was completely unrealistic and would never happen.

When I was a kid I fantasized about being a witch. I wanted to have magic powers and be able to brew potions from herbs and mushrooms, shoot fireballs and lightning bolts from my fingers, wear amulets with powers, hypnotize people with my eyes, move objects by thought, write in a spellbook, etc.

You know? Basically the kind of stuff you see on TV and in video games.

I actually tried dabbling in Wicca because of my childhood fantasy and found myself greatly disappointed. I realized the kind of witches you see on TV don't exist in the real world.

My best friend and I used to LARP a lot, and whenever we found a tree with a fork in it, we would climb through it, hoping it was a portal into the literal fantasy world that we had created.

...we haven't found that portal yet =(

I wanted to fly one of these.

My fantasy as a kid was being Spider Man and swinging from building. Another fantasy was being a German soldier and I think I'll stop there.
