What cold medications do you swear by. I am on an antipsychotic med so Benylin makes me constipated. Im not sure what I can take. Not sure what Bucklys would do to me. Have to ask the pharmacist some time I guess.

I usually only take cough drops, Tylenol or Aspirin but sometimes I'll take daytime non-drowsy medicine like Dayquil. My mother once gave me Buckley's cough syrup, but they aren't kidding about how bad it tastes.

I also started taking nasal spray the last couple of times I had a cold. I heard that stuff can be addictive, though. I wouldn't know since I'd stop using it once I was able to breathe properly again.

Yeah I dont think nasal spray would be to bad. As long as it works.

I take Robitussin Maximum Strength Severe Multi-Symptom Cough Cold + Flu.
I'm on lots of psych & other meds & handle it OK. There's an interactions checker for meds on Drugs.com you could try if your not sure if a certain med combo is safe.

I take my own formula of essential oils that I call the Superman formula. It consist of over 21 essential oils. I just put a dab or two on my wrist and rub my wrist together and it knocks a cold or flu right out of me in short order.

Just Tylenol.
