Any bird experts that can help advise - stunned kestrel

I found a young kestrel on the ground right outside the back door. I was worried that a cat would get it and after 5 minutes I gently moved it into the sun on a log shed roof. Its been up there for half an hour now in a fleece blanket, should I move it into a box and take it inside, what do you think? I've tried ringing a local animal hospital but only got the answer phone.
(I've covered the birds head with the fleece)

I'm in South Africa and the most knowledgeable bird expert in my city is probably Arnold Slabbert of Urban Raptor Project. Can't find an email address, only telephone numbers and a Facebook page.

Sorry but don't know to attach a link using the tablet, and don't have my desktop at the moment...

The bird looks like it's dying, I'm not sure it is injured. I was hoping that it would come out of shock and fly away but it's looking very feeble.

Looking a bit better, I really want a happy outcome for this little bird. The mother kestrel was in the garden yesterday and let me get very near. I went to my Gran's funeral yesterday and stayed in her house only to find this little bird on the doorstep this morning.
