I made a baked chicken today for supper. Since I'm dieting I didn't cook any sides with it. Don't it look tasty?

My sister has mild gastroparesis, she is skinny and doesn't really gain weight no matter what she eats.

I have a high metabolism which has actually helped a lot. I've been able to lose 50 pounds in this year alone.

I don't understand how people find it difficult to keep to a diet. I absolutely hate eating, except on the rare occasions when I can afford to eat out.

The chicken looks good, but the absence of a knife in the picture is getting at my sense of symmetry - and practicality. I can't eat off plastic, either.

Thanks.

The only thing I ever eat with a knife is steak.

And what helped me diet was realizing that I might end up with cirrhosis of the liver before I'm 50 if I don't start changing my eating habits.

Thanks Brother AA! :D

Do you have a favorite food? I like boiled shrimp and boiled crawfish best. I also like peperonni pizza, Chinese buffet food, and chocolate ice cream.
