Did you like the Brave Little Toaster or Toy Story when you were a kid? I liked them both. The appliances/toys come to life when no humans are present.

I was a young adult when I first saw Toy Story in theaters and really enjoyed it, but I've never watched The Brave Little Toaster.

The BLT (lol) seems to be mainly remembered for a really scary and disturbing nightmare the toaster has, which shows Pennywise-type clowns dressed like firefighters.

I saw the next two sequels to Toy Story. The BLT also has two sequels but no one seems to talk about them or even know they exist.

I can understand a person still being attached to their toys even when they're an adult, but someone being attached to a bunch of generic household appliances just seems weird. :)

I liked em but I haven't seen them since I was a kid so I don't really remember much about them

I just read that the vacuum cleaner is named Kirby after the Kirby company that makes vacuums.

Well, I didn't think he was named after the Nintendo game character. :)

I heard that they're really making a Toy Story 4, where Woody goes in search of Bo Peep who wasn't in the last movie.

And the vegans are raising a stink about it because Bo is wearing a more "modern" outfit, but she still carries a shepherd's crook, which according to one vegan "exploits gentle sheep".

And yet none of them are complaining that Woody is wearing leather boots, a leather belt and a cowhide vest (which probably aren't real anyway since he's, you know, a toy)

And sheep aren't really as gentle as many people think, especially the rams.

I love the Toy Story films and am looking forward to Toy Story 4 this summer.

I enjoyed watching both The Brave Little Toaster and Toy Story. I was in high school when The Brave Little Toaster came out.
