What “boring” food do you really enjoy eating?

Is there any food that most people think of as “just food” that you really love eating? For me, sandwiches and eggs.

Pasta and butter
Rice on its own
I used to like potatoes on their own but now I like them with a sauce eg mint sauce. Even just baked potato except I had it with butter.

Mum used to worry about me because I went through phases of only eating stuff like this and I was underweight.

Bread, potatoes, pasta, rice. I could never do a low-carb diet.

White rice with butter, but I don't eat it very often. I also love naan and fresh handmade corn tortillas, but I don't consider those "just" food. They are special. Although in their respective cultures I guess they are just food.

Baked potatoes(except heated in the microwave instead of actually baked in the oven) with just salt & margarin on them. I seldom eat them thou for some reason. Maybe cuz I need to eat something else with them & it's easier just to cook & eat the something else.
