Wet sneakers?

I wondered if anyone here enjoys activities that involve getting your sneakers wet like wearing them to go swimming, or goint tubing, or hiking across streams or thru ponds?

i always wore shoes when i went to the river when i was a kid and an adult. because my cousin cut her foot on a broken beer bottle when were at the lake one time. and i didn't want that to be me

I do. I wear my Sneekers to go swimming in Lakes.

I think it’s embarrassing when shoes squeak, and if they’re wet, they’re usually squeaky. I like keeping them clean, too.

A few days ago, I saw people with a lot of fresh mud caked onto their shoes, and I felt bad for them because I knew it would be hard to clean it off, and I wouldn’t want that to happen to my shoes, especially the new ones I nearly wore that day.

I hate getting my shoes that wet. A most uncomfortable feeling.
