I have heard some debate on the internet that you can only pull of looking good/acceptable being skinny if your tall.

What’s your opinion on that?

How did you hear something like that on the Internet. Was it from a podcast?

I think tall people look better when they have decent muscle mass. Being too thin makes people look ill.

A celebrity gossip website? Really? There is no credibility in that!

Different things can suit different people. What doesn’t suit one person could look good on someone else. I think it depends on the person.

You would probably have to picture yourself at different weights, but most people could have a few different ranges that would suit them. The most important thing should be that you’re healthy. How tall are you?

The healthy weight range for you would be 55.4kg - 74.8kg, but a few kilos more would still suit you. Under 55kg would be underweight.

I currently weigh 158 pounds but there was a time I weighed only 140-150 pounds at that weight range I looked like a lollipop head lol.

I’m short and definitely not skinny but people think I am just because I’m short. When I actually was skinny people always said I was “tiny.” I sometimes fit in kids’ clothes when I was smaller; now I wear a size small or medium.

People think I’m smaller than I am because I’m short.
