Looking for advice from Americans about immigration

Hello, there's something important I want to talk to everyone about and look for advice on. I'm specifically hoping for Americans who are on the forums, to come here and give some advice. But, anyone who knows something about this subject can reply of course.
Well, I started to like a lot of things related to the culture of America, and I really feel American deep inside, even though I lived in Israel the entire life. My English is at a very high level, I can speak English with other people, and they probably won't even notice I am Israeli.
I have some dream of moving to the US and living there permanently. But, how I can do tthat and if that is even possible for me, both financially and mentally - that I am not sure.
Considering moving to a different country, whether its the US or any other country in the world. This requires things like getting the right visa, finding a good job which pays well, and more.
But, what I actually wanted to ask the Americans on the forums - is, is it even worth it, in your opinion?
When I look at pictures and videos from the US - I find it difficult to see anything very special or super interesting to see or do there. Although, that might not be an accurate impression, since the US is huge and I might have been looking at the wrong places on Google Maps. But it looks very normal, and the thought of me being there and wanting to return to Israel after a week or two, makes me scared to attempt immigration - only to change my mind later.
What do you all think about this, and do you think its worth it - or perhaps I might just need to pay a short visit to the US, which could help decide whether I can/want to stay permanently or not?

I don't think it's worth it. There's a reason a lot of other countries hate America. America is rapidly becoming a dictatorship that is owned by the mega rich corporations. There is aLOT of gun violence & the police could assault anyone who looks like a minority. Plus ICE is putting as many immigrants as they can in interment camps.

Well, probably some of the things you're saying are true, but other things like the country becoming a dictatorship might be inaccurate - although I might not be in a position where I can be 100% correct, but I've read about it quite a lot, and all that.
I can be careful, I can take care of myself and do what is required to stay in a certain place in a legal manner, whether its the US or somewhere else, but I'd like to know if my efforts are going to lead to a permanent stay and a resulting, better quality of life in generally.
I understand you live in Vermont so you know a thing or two. If you can please tell me, the foreign immigrants you've seen in your hometown or a nearby big city - are they doing well, they have a home and a job and everything - or they're homeless or about to become homeless, don't have food to eat, etc.?

Why not staying in Israel? Because of the culture of the people?

I cant really answer this cuz I don't really interact with people unless I have to. Plus I've only been here for 6 & a half years. There are some Africans around where I live. A bunch of refugees were brought here I don't know how long ago & the government took care of them & maybe still takes care of some of them. However most people can not immigrate to the US unless they can provide for themselves. I lived in Louisiana till I moved to Vermont & there are a lot of Mexicans in Louisiana. Some are there for work & living there is supposed to be a temp thing. Some are illegals but others are living there legally. Some are doing OK but they tend to be the 1s who are there legally & it depends on their specif employer. Plus Mexicans have a reputation for working hard which I'm sure helps them get & keep jobs.
