Contact paper appreciation thread

I have spent 3 hours a day, for the last 4 days putting contact paper into my kitchen cabinets. I take a measuring tape and cut the appropriate dimensions, with a little overlap. Then, I cut it in half. I am able to attach it nearly perfect with the edges, if I have any extra, I get it flush with a razor blade. This is so relaxing. I can just get lost in trying to make it fit as perfectly as possible. It's like therapy or something.

ha ha... not stupid. Contact paper is an adhesive covering for the insides of cabinet surfaces/shelves. It's often decorative and can make the cabinets stay nice longer by preventing everyday use from scratching/damaging the wood. There's a special touch to putting it on because one side is sticky. I've gotten really obsessive and good at putting it on. But, if I do it just right, it looks nice.
