It is what politicians do. They better not kiss any hands or shake any babies.

The germs that get spread around when they do that is horrific. The shaking hands and kissing babies I mean, not the other way around.

And then there the babies that are drooling all over the place, and they have pretend not to be disgusted as they kiss the little drool factory on the forehead.

I find that gross, too. Not to mention fake. Novak Djokovic adopted the politician's persona at Wimbledon around 2011. He went from being a nutcase on court to being a first class schmooze artist off-court.

There was an ep of the old Bat Man series with Adam West where the Penguin ran for mayor so Bat Man decided to run against him. The incumbent mayor ran with Bat Man as his vice mayor & Bat Man planned to drop out 1ce he won the election so the incumbent mayor would take over as mayor. Anyways Bat Man was asked by supporters to kiss their babies during his campaign & he refused cuz he didn't wanna risk getting the babies sick which upset some of his supporters.

I think kissing a baby is better than someone posing for a publicity photo with one who's parents were killed by gun violence while that person refused to take any action to stop gun violence & that same person has even encouraged violence.

allowing strangers to kiss your baby is a good way for them to get cold sores....

I kinda assumed that went out with actually standing on tree stumps while giving "stump speeches".
