Beds are VERY EXPENSIVE, I bought a new mattress, 10’ gel memory foam, it took me months to buy it. I found a modern bed for it, it needs a box spring, if I buy both of them, I will spending $360, I found them on a discount app.

My Queen sized mattress was about $1050 floor model and the wooden sleigh bed I found off of Kijiji for like $80. I paid for over like 4 months. Was well worth it. Sleep much better and am I'm less pain. I like being able to stretch out in any direction on my bed without my covers falling off. The box spring wouldn't fit up my stairwell so I just modified the sleigh bed to make it into a box spring.

I sleep on a yoga mat on the floor, I find it very comfortable.

I'm meant to be redecorating my room as I don't have any furniture besides built-in wardrobes. I'm lucky I don't need to buy a bed, as without one the list of things I need is relatively cheap.
