I had a MIL who plucked her eyebrows until they completely stopped growing them and then was painting them on.

I was lying about the suprised bit , that's the joke.

But the rest was partially true , she has no eyebrow hair and has a tattoo's but I don't think mauve. Think badly done HD brows done by by a teen
