I do sometimes when I am buying something I wouldn't find in stores.

I shop on Amazon quite frequently. Good prices, the best customer service of any business ever, free returns and shipping that in many cases is less than 24 hours for where I live with Amazon Prime. There are also many reviews on products unlike eBay which only reviews the seller. I look mainly at the negative 1 star reviews as well as the percentage of 3 to 5 star reviews vs 1 to 2 star reviews.
