I just cooked an awful cake, barely eatable. Marble cake, with cocoa instead of chocolate because I don't like chocolate. What did you cook, and how did you like it?

Hope your experience was better than mine.

Salmon and brusselssprouts. Not amazing, but trying to lose weight.

I'm also trying to lose weight and salmon and brussel sprouts are both healthy choices.
Love salmon, but I'm afraid of bones to get stuck in my throat and choke me. I have this fear.

[This is a joke.]

A lovely Lobster Thermidor au Crevette with a Mornay sauce served in a Provençal manner with shallots and aubergines garnished with truffle pâté, brandy and with a fried egg on top and spam.

[/joke]

Heh, The last thing I cooked was Bolognese. Some idiot (which certainly couldn't have been me!) had forgotten to buy sauce, so we ended up using an (outdated) soup with herbs and mozzarella instead! While the usual sauce is better, the result was certainly edible.

Don't feel bad. I just made a pound cake and forgot to add 1-1/2 cups of milk so I made a really big cookie!

Tastes great as I creamed butter and sugar together to start it off. :D

A chocolate mug cake in the microwave. Delicious. Cooked in one minute.

No, they left for Minnesota.

They should have gone to Hawaii. Spam is incredibly popular there. As well as fresh seafood.
There is a Bubba Gump Shrimp restaurant in Honolulu.

Spam has to be one of the greatest culinary inventions there ever was, because there are many ways to cook it. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, and saute it. There's Spam-kabobs, Spam creole, Spam gumbo, pan fried Spam, deep fried Spam, and stir-fried Spam. There's pineapple Spam, lemon Spam, coconut Spam, pepper Spam, Spam soup, Spam stew, Spam salad, Spam and potatoes, Spam burgers, Spam sandwich, mac-and-cheese with Spam, Spam sushi, Spam Fu Yung, and scrambled Spam-and-eggs.

I'm sure there are more...
