She been going to the bathroom alot, she been using her litter box & out of litter box. She drinking alot of water, she still eating.

Take her to the vet for blood work. That's often diabetes. Or a UTI/kidney issue oncoming.

Have you gotten her to a vet yet? Or has she gotten better? I am concerned for her well-being.
