My apartment building owner is So Nice & Great too, he gave me a Christmas card, he came to my apartment to give it to me, I told him that I need some things fixed, he was so nice about it, I needed to light my apartment heater & I asked if he can get me a thermometer box for the heater, he said yes, cuz I cannot bend over. In the Christmas card was $50 visa.
