For the last couple of months I have been dealing with Intrusive Thoughts about a subject i’d Rather not discuss right now. I’ve been doing stuff to deal with it. Talk to a doctor, take medication and sometimes it works but other times it doesn’t and I am at a point where it’s still there but I am trying to deal with. The thing is with this Corona Virus going around it’s still there bothering me now and then and I barely think about the CV when really I should. I mean this is probably more serious than what I am going through yet for some reason I just can’t let go of it. I fear if someone close to me gets seriously ill (even if the CV has nothing to do with it) then I will still have the Intrusive Thoughts.

It is probably best not to think about it. Ok, we take preportions, but fear and dread don't help. Best just to carry on. Just be sensible.

This. I think it’s in the back of our minds but it’s better to have coping skills and use those as much as we can right now.
