how to get a plumber

I have newly shifted to Dubai. Here I rented a house. I wanted to install a washing machine and a water heater in my house. So I need a plumber. I tried to contact plumbing services Dubai but they didn't provide any plumber due to coronavirus outbreak. What should I do now?

Just did a google, it came up with a list of plumbing companies:

Guess you’ll just have to ring each company in turn until one is open for business and takes the job.

nothing can be repaired (france in lockdown) closed hardwarestores, garages, diy, i don't see how that'll work out
my waterheater leaks big, by the time i knew the problem it was too late to get the part
so i have to cut the watersupply if i don't use water
& for my washing machine that's not yet plumber installed, it needs a simple tap, eg hosetap, a powerpoint, and somewhere to let the water stream out
eg, get the hose-thing off and the washing machine watersupplier on
