Pandemic Slogan Contest!

Way back during the Spanish Flu Pandemic of 1918-20, the government used a slogan to remind its citizens to wear face masks as protection against the pandemic:

Obey the laws,
and wear the gauze,
protect your jaws,
from septic paws.

Currently the U.S. guidelines is recommending against wearing the face mask. But wearing masks is beneficial. Many countries in Europe are revising their guidelines to include masks. So it seems a natural outcome will be new guidelines on the wearing of face masks. If that happens I suspect that the government may also have a need for a slogan to remind people TO WEAR MASKS. Now the slogan above is very dated. Most people will find it difficult to interpret. (Guaze is face mask. Septic Paws are infected hands.) So I see a need for a modern version of a slogan to promote the use of face mask. Submit you original best ideas for this slogan to this thread.

Well what is the prize? Sadly I can offer none. But it is a CONTEST. If the slogan is adopted, then you can claim originality. And you can prove it by the submission date on this thread when you submit it to Wikipedia.



And if you want to supply original artwork with or without the slogan that would even be better.

Okay... that was pretty dumb. Especially that last line. But it was something I just made up on the spot.

Wash your hands,
and mask your face.
Stay home if you’ve got a case!

Why do people write a really good slogan or something then add afterwards that it is dumb? I think that was really good what you made up.

I might be able to think of one...

Thousands died cos you didn't stay inside!
(That might get through to the idiots who break the government orders and go out and about in groups, for non-essential reasons)
