The social security people mailed me, they want to talk to me at the worse time, I know the meeting is very important, they need to review my case so I can keep SSI. This is the worse time, cuz of the coronavirus, this is a very very stressful time & I’m having ALOT of speech problems, wrong words can come out of my mouth, I’m having soooo much trouble saying my ‘S’ again. I’m having trouble with more things. I know I need to talk to them :wall: :wall: :wall: :x     They want to see documents of pension records of something, tax return, work stuff, stuff I don’t have. Did anyone get mail from the SSI?

You would only have that stuff if you've had a job. If you have never worked, tell them you don't have that stuff cuz you never had a job.

They should have any tax returns in there file because the IRS reports to them automatically. As far a pension, you would have to be retired to have a pension, unless you get a pension for some reason only known to you.

If they give you problems contact legal aid in your area.

I called the social security people, I don’t understand something if there office is close then how can I talk to them. They sent me mail the beginning of April, I already have problems reading my mail on time, I can really forget, alot of the times I really don’t understand what I’m reading, I hate some of my mail. I love it that my bills are on auto pay & my rent too. Now I’m worried that I won’t get my SSI.

They can't take it away without justifiable cause, they need a concrete reason, like you made to much money and the burden is on them to prove that.

Also as a SSDI recipient myself,my best advice is that this forum isn't the best place to ask SS questions, your best recource in LEGAL AID in your area, that is who I would contact.
