Rejoice, my fellow internetizens! In these dark times, when hope and joy seem like distant memories, you can now take solace in having been bestowed the formula to create that most hallowed of dishes. Gird your loins now and partake in the creation and serving of fare most elevated. Bow your heads and give thanks in non-denominational and probably irreligious reverance, and remember to only eat "lagom många".

Skål!

Lutefisk is the sort of thing you trick your visiting foreign friends into trying out for laughs, but no one actually eats more than maybe once a year at Christmas (and mostly out of obligation/tradition). No, this is actual food.

The link seems to be broken (for me, anyway). Can you repost another? I'm curious.

As for the lutefisk, your description is exactly how I was introduced to it.

The stuff I had is best described as a mouthful of fish-flavoured soap.

Seems about accurate. Lye is not generally the sort of think you associate with edibles.

Image working now?
