I cannot get Lysol & Clorox wipes,do anyone know what I can use to disinfect things? Maybe not so strong.

Boiling water and acidic things like vinegar and rubbing alcohol. That's what I use. You can even get a high-concentration form of vinegar that's for cleaning (I found mine at a hardware store, but you can also order some online).

Mainstream cleaners like Clorox and Lysol are toxic.

Go buy a few chlorine tablets from a swimming pool supply place and crush it a bit then disolve it in a gallon of water. It will make the same thing and same strength as a bottle of Clorox bleach.
