I don't know what chemicals are in this grill mat, and wouldn't want to take a chance on any of it getting into food I'm going to eat, during the cooking process. There is a better alternative--just use a frying pan on the grill. Cast iron is probably best, but stainless steel might work, as well. Just don't use any of those non-stick coated ones. The chemicals in those non-stick coatings are toxic.

I just adore these infomercials. :heart: The hammy announcer, the bad acting and seemingly able-bodied people being unable to do simple everyday tasks. Like when they can't reach for a pen they just dropped because their arms have suddenly become like those on a T-REX. :lol:

Of course I would never actually buy any of that junk.
