I always seem to sleep later and wake up much later this time of year, but lately I've been sleeping like a virtual vampire. Even with Trazodone it takes me forever to get to sleep and then I sleep in until at least 2 PM. Maybe I should take my Trazodone earlier because I wouldn't really sleep at all without it, but I hate how it makes me feel weird and out of it before I'm ready for bed. I only want to take it when I actually am tired, even if it's not until 3 AM. And then I go to bed and don't officially fall asleep until after 4 or 5 AM. Of course, most days it really doesn't matter when I sleep or get up because I'm more isolated and alone than ever.

Has the pandemic and isolation or quarantine affected your own sleep? Is it better or worse?

My sleep patterns were already f****d, the pandemic hasn't really changed anything. I don't fall asleep till like 2:15am and don't get up until 11:30am. I struggle to sleep even with 225mg Doxepin, 10mg Montelukast, 1200mg Gabapentin, 7.5mg Zopiclone. Sometimes I will add 30mg Temazepam, 10mg Melatonin, and 25mg Hydroxzyine or some combination if I am still not able to sleep. This would put a normal person into a coma, but my body can build massive tolerances to all sedating drugs and my bladder keeps me from sleeping. :|

Except when employed I've always been a night owl. I have nobody else at home so my schedule is my own and lately I am up until daylight (or later) almost every night. I'll sleep 5-7 hours, and every so many days I'll sleep about 12 to play catch up, and then pull an all-nighter (all-dayer?) to get back on track. Night time is so peaceful - cool in the summer, and cozy in the winter.

I had a screwed up sleep pattern before the pandemic but my sleep pattern got worse because I started the antipsychotic Seroquel/Quetiapine. It made me sleep for 10/12 hours & then after I got up I would stay up for 18 due to me not being tired cuz of how much I had slept. It was like I was on a 30 hour day schedule instead of a 24 one. I started taking Seroquel after I got up & things are working better rite now. Maybe things have gotten better cuz I've been on it longer IDK.

i sleep like a baby anyways, meaning i wake every two hours and wail. ok, that last part i'm just joshin' but my biorhythms every since i could remember, shift forwards about 90 minutes every evening meaning in a few days my sleep cycles have gone around the clock. this coronamess hasn't altered that but it has contributed to some downright bizarre dreams.

My sleep is unaffected by the pandemic, unless you count the occasional corona dream.

I think it has affected most people's sleep patterns. Sometimes I don't get to sleep until about 5 o'clock in the morning. Lucky I don't start work until late afternoon.

Yes, but not in a bad way.  I'm sleeping more deeply, and with fewer interruptions.

Sleep pattern, time/routine-wise not the same, but it is intentional.
I really prefer sleeping at day and awake at night whenever my mom and/or my sister do not have their duties during the day. Otherwise, I'd likely be awake at day while they're both away.

Everything else -- odds of disruption, odds of dream recollection and general consistency(or rather, my lack of quality and quantity consistency) -- is the same.
My sleep is practically unchanged. Just no schedule that I have (or sometimes unable) to follow for a 'pattern'.

Not that I’ve noticed, but that makes sense for me since it really hasn’t changed much else about my life, either.
