Hotmail is starting to make a switch to outlook

i looked at it and it appears to be a re-skinned Hotmail a bit disappointing

why do so many things have to change so fast and so often?

I heard about this today, Hotmail is actually my regular e-mail client. I think they are re-skinning to match the new Windows 8 and Windows phone look so its all integrated. I think it will be a good change as the current skin was starting to look a bit dull. I think changing the standard domain to @outlook opposed to @hotmail is a good idea as well, just looks and sounds better to me.
