Am I meant to do anything specific this month?

Without knowing if I am on the spectrum or not, I do not know what I can do if there is something specific to do if that makes sense? Because I would not know where I stand to be able to do it?

In the UK we generally only do the week between the end of March to beginning of April, so your all good

I know some of my friends put blue lightbulbs in their house though
