We got a notice on the door about a bed-bug inspection like a week ago, and so it was today. So me and my boyfriend were a little worried about it, though we looked at our mattress and it looked pretty good. Anyways we were a bit concerned when we saw all the stuff they were hauling up to the apartment next door. Turns out that unit had the bed bugs so that stuff was to burn them out I guess by litterally heating the unit to exterminate them.
Turns out they just had to inspect the surrounding units in case they had spread, as well as do the heat treatment on the one unit. They said we're all good though but just to keep an eye on things and report it immediately if we see anything.
