Ham and beans ,homemade buttermilk cornbread and purple onion slices.A few pickled peppers on side.
Ham from food pantry.They don’t hand out veggie burgers.
I will share with the dogs.They really like cornbread.

Ancient grains & probiotics cereal in water & veggie based protein powder for breakfast.

Canned sockeye with mayo s&p and some little lentil chips for lunch.

So didn’t really cook anything at all tdy, but didn’t eat total garbage junk food either.

Dinner, I dunno. If someone else cooks I’ll have hot food, otherwise I’ll do something else quick before I go out after my online class tonight.

Oatmeal with oat milk.Green beans and ham.Was out of green eggs.
Actually I DO have green eggs from my Easter egger hens but didn’t want any.

Toasted a couple crusts & made a roast beef sandy is all tdy. Might cook something yet undecided. Rainy day and I have no plans to go anywhere so have time to cook. IF one of my Godsons wants to hangout we’ll bbq maybe. He had his wisdom teeth pulled Thursday so maybe soft foods/blender drinks I dunno.
