10 days til I'm 32. I've planned something special for my birthday dinner.
Years ago, KFC introduced Popcorn chicken nachos. It was a failure due to being sloppily put together and tasted off (and the cheese had mold in it).
We're gonna make it homemade and taste what could have been. It'll be a nice appetizer while enchiladas are in the oven.
Ingredients:
Tyson Popcorn Chicken
Tostitos
Taco blend shredded cheese
Any choice of salsa.
