Told you my regular hangout spot was good. 8) The geography/scenery, nature, people culture vibe music etc. Feels like you’re on vacation every time you walk down those stairs. (Which is sometimes daily for me depending on the weather and my schedule.)

Then go there and watch all the hippies. Hop a bus to UBC in the summertime.

Difficult part for you may be the walking/stairs. It’s about a 20 minute or so walk from the bus loop (or wait for a bus that gets closer) and then ~480 or so stairs down.
