What kind of toothpaste is there that is sensitive, not too strong & doesn't make you choke?

You can get kids toothpaste that tastes of things that aren't mint, like strawberry or orange.

If you go to health food shops, rather than supermarkets, you can get toothpastes which are flavoured with natural ingredients that tend to be less strong and fake tasting.

What aspect of brushing your teeth makes you choke? Is it the flavour or is it the stimulation at the back of your mouth?

OK. I'm old. If this is no longer possible, sorry. But...

Some grocery stores used to have things like toothpaste in "travel sizes". That is, much smaller than the normal size so you could take it on a plane.

If you can find a store with "travel size" toothpaste you could experiment with different kinds to see if one kind was more palatable for you.
