They SAY that hyperactive behaviour is not produced by sugar in hyperactive people.

Well, how come whenever I eat anything sweet and sugary, I go through VERY severe mood swings, from extremely hyperactive and loud to extremely depressed and angry. If I drink something SUGAR-FREE with aspartame/saccharine/E-blah blah, nothing happens. If I eat something savoury with NO SUGAR but with E-numbers or sweetners, nothing happens. I eat loads of sugar-free boiled sweets and they don't affect me.

I'm a tad bit worried, as I sort of attacked my Mum in one of my last mood swings after eating ice-cream.
