Do any of you use predictive texting on your phones? Do you notice that when you type some words in, they come out in a very odd way?
Here are a few that I've found:

Sand = same = pane
Blood = alone
Home = good = gone
GCSE = HARD :D
Revising = retiring :D
Pushing = purging 8O
Hand = game
F*** = dual :D
Crap = asap :D
Book = cool :D
B**** = citag :D
CERN = BDSM :D :D
Tired = three

That is why (for my friend and I) "What the Dual" / WTD has replaced "What the F***" / WTF

I get this with my Nokia phone. With my old SonyEricsson, the prediction did seem to get more accurate over time, and as I added more words to its dictionary.
This doesn't seem to work with nokia though!

My good old Nokia is getting better with time. I can now text very fast with the dictionary, because I've added a lot of words. However, I still try to type "me" in and I get "of", then "nd", and THEN "me".

Hehehe if anyone has any more than please put them up - it would be great to make a listing.

There was someone in the New Scientist who created a program to generate these words...
