It has nothing to do with me, but i am stuck in the middle. I have a catering partner who likes to do things her way and is a bit of a control freak Lets call her 'Liz'... I also work with a restaurant manager who is a control freak lets call him 'bob'. They hate each other. Liz will not tell bob about future caterings, but will get angry with him when he doesnt order the supplies.
Bob cant seem to say the right thing ever and tends to be a little cocky. Neither of them fight in public, in fact 'liz' wont even speak to 'bob'. I dont understand it. I want to lock them up in a room and make them stay in there until they either reach a compromise or kill each other.
I am friends with both of them not to mention the fact that 'bob' is also the manager of my band. I hear both sides of the story and try not to get involved, except that i have been acting as translator, messenger and unwilling counselor. It wears me out.. the vibe in the restaurant is tense in the restaurant when they are both there. I just want them to BOTH grow up. any advice? I
