I did, hated it!
First, I had the html/css class. It was fun to make links change color, and mess around with color schemes. But then, we had a final project, and I got a 89 percent not because of the design, which I spent two full days churning out code using the text editor. I got a B because I didn't do everything the stupid rubric told me to do.
Then there was Flash/Dreamweaver "class." My instructor threw the book (which was rather expensive and useless) and told us to do work, didn't teach us a thing. I got by using web tutorials. The nail in the coffin was when he didn't tell me the final due date for the semester project, until the day of. So. I did a whole project in under 6 hours.
yeah. Me? the web? we're done.
