Asia would probably be very different; hard to say whether it'd be better or worse but US influence influence in the region would have probably been a lot less than what happened after WWII.
I imagine the Soviets would have still been played up as the great evil regardless of WWII happening.
If Hitler never came to power in piss-poor Germany... another dictator would have appeared. At most, the German moderates may have remained in power and the country would have ended up as some backwaters place that no one cares about.
The US may or may not have still become a superpower. We'd probably be less focused on our military if WWII never happened.
I think Israel would have still happened just much later.
What you realize if look at WWII is that a lot of the world today ties back to how WWII ended. WWII came about pretty as a direct consequence of how WWI ended. If it never happened, then the world would probably be a different place. But I can't say whether it'd be a better world or no.
