What if I set up a bakery full of experimental confectioneries?

A menu with explicit warnings about it's questionable quality -- one that actually says it's an ordinary 10-20 ingredient brownie recipe, yet has too much this, too little of that, etc.

One that literally says 'buy and consume at your own risk' in the description.
Yet otherwise clean, safe and preserved properly.

And the goal isn't sales, but data.
