I've been chatting with KBABZ about Starbuline today.

He had a message to pass on.

Thank you for forwarding the message......I am sad.

Further, I am having a difficult time processing what has happened. Can Starbuline come back? She was my friend. I have a hard time acclimating to new situations, especially when beyond my emotional capabilties. Smelena, do you know?

I will tell KBABZ I am sorry. Where is Starbuline? I have Russian nesting dolls, I would like to give them to her.

I'm sorry LabPet but Starbuline has died. She can't come back in a physical sense. Maybe she will visit you in your dreams. A good friend of mine died about 10 years ago and she visited me in my dreams for a while.

Perhaps you could spend time reading her old posts. Maybe you could print off photos of her (AussieBoy my son posted some in her tribute). This would help you remember her.

I don't know about the Russian nesting dolls. Perhaps you could ask Tim/KBABZ if you could get in contact with her family and post them to her family. KBABZ knows how to contact her family.

I too feel very sad.

Sophie was a good girl.

She's attempted suicide before.

A great, crying shame that she succeeded this time, any past conflicts beside.

as depression and suicidal thoughts are commonly discussed on here,what if some sort of 'unofficial' system was set up,so that people who are affected by these,and who would want help,could get help-
eg,people give their home address/contact details to Alex/mods to keep safe,and maybe swap mobile phone numbers
so that the person could text if they are going to do something bad,or if they have done something bad,so then the address details can be used to send ambulance to.

i hope kbabz is doing all right. unfortunatly i dont have any of those instint messaging programes

Same, I hope he is alright now, I think he was devastated before with the news, and seemed better later, it is sad that he seems to not wanting to return to WP.

I can't believe Sophie's gone. My condolences go out to KBABZ and Sophie's family.

I suspected it might happen but yet I, too, still can't believe it. Speaking of her family, I wonder how they're reacting. They were bullying her during her life, weren't they?

I feel the same way. I didn't know her that well but it's really stunned me. I am thinking of KBABZ and Soph and Sophie's other friends both here and at ZOMG. But I am crap at knowing what to say really. Apart from it's just so sad. And I'm sorry that it happened.

There aren't many I really feel this way about, and I didn't even REALLY know her. We chatted, and she seemed like a real nice girl. I was SICK of the idea that she tried to hurt hurself, etc... That was one of the things I was trying to understand.

I am sorry to hear about her death. I only hope that MAYBE she got better than she expected. I don't believe in a god, or heaven, etc... but I certainly hope there is one just for those that meet such an untimely and stupid(Not to say she was, but that the idea of such an unfair situation was dumb) death.

BTW I have tried to kill myself before, and have had a taste of the problems she had. I don't in any way want to sound insincere or in any way patronizing.

I just wish whatever essence of her remains, and all the friends she has/had and all those that feel the same, the very best. I hope that the pain is replaced with joy.

Hey guys. I'm, uh, I'm back.

KBABZ maybe we can commemorate Starbuline and not forget her by giving out Starbuline awards now for something, then you can start counting awards again.

Okay. I think I'll modify the award a little bit or something. I really don't know.
