I find it so hard to wake up, I feel like i've been in a coma. Does anyone get this? and is it linked with autism do you think? I know everyone finds it hard to wake up, but I feel ill.

I don't think it's autism related per se, but I definitely have trouble getting up. It's more likely you're either undersleeping/oversleeping or just getting a poor quality of sleep in general.

I absolutely hate waking up. My sleeping pattern is so messed up: I don't get to sleep until about 3am.

This sounds weird but sometimes when I am sleeping, I will know that I am sleeping and will want to wake up but it's very difficult to get out of sleep-land into waking up.

I go through cycles of high energy/lethargy. They vary in length, with a full cycle lasting anywhere between a week and over a month. At the moment I'm in a lethargic phase, but I seem to be picking up.
