WP member Inventor would like to know if there are any Aspies or NTs in Lordsburg.
I thought it'd be easier to just ask here instead of trying to find someone in there.

thanks!

So you're operating a dating service for Inventor?

RichardBenson might be the closest active member to him. I thought there was someone else in New Mexico... you can check the post about where we live... can't remember the title.

Here's the link --->Member's Locations

Hahaha! He travels from time to time, and would like to know if there are people in NM that can keep an eye on his stuff and/or handle stuff.
He didn't ask me, I just made a thread to help him :P

I updated the locations thread.
You put Richard in the New Mexico list, but I believe he is still in Arizona.
I mentioned he might be the closest because I wasn't sure if anyone else lived in New Mexico.

Anyway, hope he finds someone to watch his stuff.
Nice of you to help :thumright:

I do travel from time to time, and the Lordsburg Portal, or Gate as some call it, has long been known.

It had been known to the Native Americans, a place where other beings pass through, stop for the view, then move on in time and Dimension.

Early Spanish priests saw it as one of the gates of hell, filled with deamons, and went with their silly little religion and chants to close it, they were never seen again. It was about like someone from a twenty member tribe in the upper Amazon using their magic on the New York Subway System. Either found on the tracks, what was left, or washing dishes in Brooklyn.

Anyway, I will be running a hotel of sorts for visitors. I have a little trade in "Souvenirs."

In town will be the Publishing House. Books, Fine Art Prints, and Comics/Manga. The Graphics/Prepress line is above industry standards, and I want to keep it that way.

Collecting web artists is not hard, but I need some inhouse people. From the concept end, writers and artists are like small children and need a babysitter. Merging storyline, artwork, layout, and rendering it to a printer ready file, takes someone with a wider focus.

Since writers, artists, and Aspies are mostly wretched and starving, I figure I will have to provide food and shelter. Since most do not leave the house if they do not have to, and really, it is for the best, it does not matter where they are. Inside a building with Broadband and food is all about the same.

I have been selling on line for several years, and it is growing to the point that it could grow a lot, except for me. Orders do have to be prepared, packed, shipped. Taking on larger projects involves more hours than I have, more space, hence Lordsburg, And as Thomas Jefferson said, "Freedom of the press applies to those who own one." So I am looking to grow into a 11 x 17 four color press, and that takes a lot of space.

The "Crew" is a bit intensely obsessive. They have a limited concept of a world outside themselves. I find it best to not discuss things that upset them.

Anyone who is truely obsessive, would consider living off planet, and would like to develop thier skills in art and publishing, might survive. It is not a job, it is more like joining a cult.
