This is a spoof of those 1950s instructional videos. This must be trying to make some kind of a veiled theme about stereotypes we held back in the 1950s.

You ought to see the crap they showed us in the Army in the late 60s. And they had no sense of humor at all when most of us thought it was a comedy.
