Work has fried my brain

Even I feel very foggy during meditating.

So foggy, might as well have my head with nothing but thick fog instead of thoughts.
Or if thoughts do arise, it's hard to see it through the fog.

... I actually do that to almost every living being (capable of being asleep or being still) I come across.

If not waking them, I end up staring at them, see if they're breathing or move...

They could do anything they wanted there cos they're rich and powerful.
