Is it strange to be tired all day if I have 9 though?
I'm no sleep expert!

Yeah, then out of nowhere I can have a streak of several days of a couple of hours every night... o.o

That's not right. Could be a dietary factor. Caffeine might work to perk you up. :)

Yeah I know what you mean with the streak. That's happened to me over the past 7 days or so. What sleep medicine do you take? Can't say I've ever tried anything like that.

I am currently 3/4 through a bottle of Aspall apple cider, and I gotta say, it tastes like wine, cheap unbubbly wine :?

I'll try my bottle of Rekorderlig either tomorrow or over the weekend.
