POET's CORNER: Your thoughts in verse

There is nothing wrong with my poems being in this thread. :?

Of course there isn't. It would just be more focused on poetry, which might be a good thing. I'm fascinated by the modern forms of poetry because they manage to convey the intended emotions, thoughts, and feelings without specific patterns. My best verbalization for the odd (but somewhat pleasant) feeling is, "spark."

This happens way too often:

"Oh s**t... how long has that been there?"

I plan on saving all my pop can money for a Gazelle Freestyle. I could just imagine it right now. No more having to go to the gym and dealing with rude and ignorant people. :)

I really liked the dingo today. His fur felt a lot softer than a domestic dog's, but maybe it's because he's bathed regularly? I dunno.

AND ALSO, the zoo keeper probably hears a similar Azaria Chamberlain joke like 50 times a day.

*Shrugs* Me and my workmates thought we were being original....

What did the dingo look like?

Big and fluffy (orange)? Or scrawny (orange)?

I love the big and fluffy dingoes. They look just like how Jack did (he was blue though).

They're the ones we get around here. You hear them howl at night now and again.

This fellow is beautiful (they say he's not "pure"; probably a scrawny dingo + Oz cattle dog mix, but I doubt dingoes are "pure" anyway); Jack looked just like this guy:
