MEK will get it off. or nail polish remover. and use a wire brush/brillo pad to scrub your skin. but if it's already dry it will not all come off.

well, at least you didn't get any in your hair. my roomate does floor-coatings for a living and he gets bits stuck in his hair sometimes. i can't stand them and i sometimes rip them out.

Acetone.

I recommend not using it, though. If you do, make sure the area is well ventilated.

(I'm not sure it'll work, so don't take my work for it. It works on most plastics.)

You can remove it by scrubbing it off, with Lava soap. That stuff is great.

LAVA

(No, I'm only 20, but I listen to the old stuff, used to at work)

MEK is very toxic, don't use it! Although acetone can be used as a solvent in the unreacted state, once the poly is set, it's crosslinked:

I've used polyurethane foam on several occasions and couldn't wash it off--but after a few days it goes away. Next time wear gloves! :(

The lava is a good suggestion, you can also abrade it off with a pumice stone. It will wear off in a few days just with regular washing.
