Clear skies, the smell of fresh air and a breeze at the right level of warmth. You'll find this sort of weather in Spring or Autumn...for now!

Cycling or swimming?

No. Being in charge of a country is a guarantee that you will have to sell out on some level. Look at Trump for example, flip-flopping on the vaccine issue. It is high-level politics that is beyond the vast majority of the population and their comprehension ability.

Autistic folk are the most skilled people in theoretical terms, but we lack real life experience to apply our knowledge and suffer a high socio-economic disadvantage which prevents us from making a true impact on the world.

The country where I'm at?! No. :o Just no. That would just shorten my lifespan and possibly endanger my family.

Or tempt me to just deliberately destroy the whole country, it's already crappy economy, it's already fragile identity and sovereign just to get on with that stupid issue from the late 60s.

What's your favorite vegetable?

Right now I'd say over 2000. That includes little faerie lights, Christmas lights, strip lighting, and the lights in my pillow fort. They're never all on at the same time. Regular lightbulbs? Maybe 70 or so? Not including appliances or outdoor lights (<< -- most of my regular lightbulbs are also coloured but I don't use them much -- I'm more into candles).

Eight

Has it been a harsh winter so far in your part of the world, if you're in the Northern Hemisphere?

It's been fairly mild here so far, very little snow or ice.

Do you have really hot summers in your part of the world?

Sadly yes. Its not the heat but the humidity that bothers me.

No, we in the UK have a 'hot summer' about once or twice in a decade, and even then humidity isn't really a problem!

Do you think that 'climate change' is real, or is political propaganda?

I never thought of it as being political propoganda, always assumed it was a scientific fact.

Can't it be a bit of both?

I'm not a expert. All I know is goverments routinely lie. Politicans are crooked and in the pockets of powerful oligarchical forces. and Pollution and industrial greed has been running rampant for decades if not centuries. Temperatures do seem to be rising for some reason. But I read some time ago, we're at the tail-end of a recurring geological cycle and actually due for another Ice Age.

The weather here is exactly the same as it was fifty years ago, which I can personally vouch for. I wouldn't be at all surprised to learn that it was pretty much the same 100 or 150 years ago. I've recently been researching reports in newspapers from the 1960s, and have noted that there are just as many instances of hurricanes, floods, extreme temperatures etc as we see today, the only difference being that they weren't being exploited and exaggerated for propaganda purposes back then. Draw your own conclusions.

Do you think that 'drawing your own conclusions' might be especially important these days in the era of 'groupthink'?

Yeah, but if there is a general consensus among the majority of people about a certain subject i tend to think there must be some truth to it. Since its hard for vastly different people to come to the same conclusion.
