What kind of improvements have you made?

i barely am keeping up with upkeep.

I haven't been freaking the hell out with trauma triggers or having emotional floods.
(Sensory meltdowns notwithstanding).

I think it's pretty much a world record for me not to have a major trigger. The last one was likely in January.

I also got a lot better at executive function and Interoception, with the help of my OT.

Oh!! And I asked my mother two questions on Monday instead of being entirely mute. Thanks to my speech therapist.

There's hope yet for me. I hope.

I've improved my executive functioning skills, but that's kind of it. I've also been exercising more lately.

i love sunsets. if i had my druthers i'd live where there were sunsets all the time.

Wistful? I don't know for sure. I'll have to check my emotional vocabulary rolodex.

That thing where you feel optimistic but realise it's mostly based on happiness for other people, and for yourself you just feel kind of nostalgic regarding the past.

What's that word? It's peaceful but kind of resigned, too.

Pretty much, but not always if I have nowhere to go. Likely 95% of days. I don't like the way my skin gets so sore and dry afterward.
