How old are you? Honestly I think you should ask your parents' permission before buying anything online.

Ignore the others. To buy merchandise online, U.S. law requires you to be 13 years of age. Certain merchandise, of course, requires you to be older. As for paying for it, apart from credit and debit cards, you can sometimes pay through PayPal, but it requires a bank account. A few merchants still allow customers to send payment (money orders) through the U.S. Postal Service.

But, I won't try to fool you. It is getting very difficult to transact purchases without a plastic card.

When I worked at WalMart years ago, they had cash cards that you paid to put money on. I think they were in the Money Gram center. Other places may still offer those things if Cr@pMart doesn't

I use PayPal. That way if an item is not as described you can file a PayPal dispute. This way you don't have to go through some bad customer service reps who can't solve your issue or issue a refund due to some sketchy policy the company may have and didn't make obvious.

The "All Caps Thread"? Not at all. It's as annoying as those counting threads. I wish I could block them all.

Do you mean block the threads or the members who started them?
